FIG. 04·Fixture Installation · St. Louis
Fixture Installation
Faucets, sinks, toilets, tubs and shower valves. Fitted properly, sealed properly, and left working the way the manufacturer intended.

When to call
What it looks like from your side.
- A faucet you have already tried to fit and cannot get to stop weeping
- A shut-off valve that will not shut off — very common in older homes
- A toilet that rocks, or one that has to be flushed twice
- A new fixture that needs the supply moved to reach it
The method
How we do it.
You get the price before we start, not after we finish.
01
We replace the shut-offs while we are in there
The valve under the sink is the cheapest part of the job and the one that ruins a floor when it fails. If yours is seized, we change it then rather than leave you with no way to isolate the fixture.
02
We fit to the manufacturer's spec
Torque, sealant, and the supply lines the maker actually specifies. Most fixture warranties are void the moment somebody improvises, and it is your warranty, not ours.
03
We test under pressure and leave it dry
Full pressure, both temperatures, and a check under the cabinet before we pack up. Anything that weeps gets pulled and redone before we leave.
Questions
About fixture installation.
Can I supply my own fixture?
Yes, and plenty of people do. We will fit it and warrant our labour on it. We cannot warrant the fixture itself, and we will tell you honestly if the one you bought is going to give you trouble.
Do you do whole bathrooms?
We do the plumbing for them and work alongside your tiler and electrician. We are not a general contractor and we will not pretend to be one.
Book it

A written price before anything starts. If it is actively leaking, call instead of filling this in.

Dispatch
Something leaking right now?
A person answers, day or night. If water is moving, call — that is always faster than a form.
