- Sewage coming up into a tub, shower or floor drain

Whoever answers will walk you to the shut-off and stay on the line until the water stops. That call costs nothing and it saves more damage than anything we do afterwards.

Stabilise, then diagnose, then quote. Nobody is asked to make a decision about a repair while their basement is filling.

We do not price by the clock
Two in the morning on a Sunday is the same rate as ten on a Tuesday. An emergency is already expensive enough without the call-out being part of the problem.

Where is my main shut-off?
In most St. Louis homes it is in the basement on the street-facing wall, close to the meter. If you cannot find it, call and stay on the line — we will find it with you.
Do you actually answer at 3am?
