24/7 Emergency Service

A person answers, day or night.

Licensed & Insured

City master licence, carried on every van.

Upfront Pricing

Quoted before the work starts.

A kitchen in an older brick home at golden hour, with a tall aged-brass faucet over an undermount sink.

FIG. 02·The promise

You get the price before we start, not after we finish.

Most complaints about this trade are not about the work. They are about a number that appeared at the end and could not be argued with. So we take that out of the job.

Quoted in writing
Before a tool comes out of the van.
No hourly billing
The price is for the job, not for our speed.
No call-out fee
And no after-hours surcharge, ever.
One year on labour
Same fault inside a year, we come back free.
New copper elbows, a tee and a length of pipe laid out on grey stone under warm directional light.

FIG. 03·How a job goes

Five steps, and none of them are a surprise.

  1. FIG. 01

You call and a person picks up

Not a menu and not a call centre. Whoever answers can see who is on shift and where they are, so the time you are given is a real one. If it is an emergency they will stay on the line and walk you to the shut-off first.

  2. FIG. 02

We look at the actual problem

Before any price is discussed. A slow drain and a failing lateral present identically from the kitchen sink, and quoting one when you have the other is how people end up paying twice.

  3. FIG. 03

You get the price in writing, before we start

You get the price before we start, not after we finish. It covers the work described, not the hours it happens to take us. If we find something the quote did not cover, we stop and re-quote rather than adding it to the bill.

  4. FIG. 04

We do the work and show you it is done

Camera footage where a camera was used, the old part where a part was replaced, and full pressure tested on both temperatures before we pack up. Anything that weeps gets pulled and redone on the day.

  5. FIG. 05

It is guaranteed, and the guarantee is short enough to read

One year on our labour, and whatever the manufacturer gives on the part. If the same fault comes back inside that year, we come back and it costs you nothing.

  6. The whole method, written out, including what happens when we get something wrong.

FIG. 04·The work

Typical jobs, and what makes each one tricky.

These are the kinds of work we are called for most often in this metro, and the part of each that costs the money.

New copper pipework in neat parallel runs across a basement wall with brass isolation valves.

FIG. 03

A basement repipe, finished

Galvanised supply replaced through the mechanical wall, with isolation on every branch so a future repair means shutting one line rather than the house.

A tidy utility room with a white tank water heater and new copper supply lines running overhead.

FIG. 02

A tank swap brought up to code

Expansion tank, a proper T&P discharge and a pan with somewhere to drain. Older homes here are frequently missing at least one of the three.

A freestanding cast-iron bath with an unlacquered brass floor-mounted filler.

FIG. 04

A floor-mounted filler set properly

Floor-mounted fillers are unforgiving — the supply has to be exactly where the fixture expects it, and that is decided before the floor goes down.

FIG. 06·Questions

The ones people actually ask.

How quickly can you get here?

For a genuine emergency — water you cannot stop, sewage backing up, no water at all — we move somebody that day, and dispatch will tell you honestly on the phone whether that is two hours or five. For everything else we book a window and keep it.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No, and there is no after-hours surcharge either. Two in the morning on a Sunday is the same rate as ten on a Tuesday.

How does the pricing actually work?

You get the price before we start, not after we finish. We look at the job, quote it in writing, and that number is what you pay for the work described. If we find something the quote did not cover, we stop and re-quote instead of adding it at the end.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. St. Louis City Master Plumber Licence · Bonded and Insured. Missouri licenses plumbers at city level rather than state level, so anybody advertising a "state licence" in St. Louis is describing something that does not exist.

What is the guarantee?

One year on our labour, plus whatever the manufacturer gives on the parts. If the same fault comes back within the year, we come back and it costs you nothing.
